All reservations require a major credit card on file. The credit card serves for all charges incurred as a result of services rendered. The card will guarantee the reservation with a 30% nonrefundable deposit taken at the time of booking, services rendered, and any additional damages or pertinent charges. All sales are final and not subject to a refund. Booking total includes: cost of trip, chauffeur gratuities of 12%, fuel surcharge, certified licensed chauffeur, and admin fees.

General unreserved overages (additional time over what is scheduled) will be billed at the standard hourly rate that you paid upon booking, and assessed in 1/2 hour increments, unless otherwise agreed or voluntarily waved by Luxe Limousine Service Inc. “Unreserved overage” means time of service beyond the quoted time block or pre-arranged trip parameters that are the result of undisclosed or unexpected client requests or delays, and unrelated to the actions of Luxe Limousine services (e.g. dinner reservations that run long, meetings that run long, added stops/destinations, etc.). Weather and/or traffic delays resulting in extended drive times of 30 minutes or more (vs. average or normal conditions) may result in additional billing at a rate of your initial booking rate per/hr. “Overage” services of any kind are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and driver discretion.

From the time you provide your credit card payment for the nonrefundable deposit, it is completely nonrefundable, no exceptions. If you cancel within 48 hours of the pick-up time for your reservation, your card may be billed up to 100% of the total charges for the reservation that was held for you.

Client is to leave all items that belong to Luxe Limousine Services inside the vehicle in its original condition. Client will be held liable for any damages caused to the vehicle by the fault or negligence of client, its agents, employees or guests. Client will be responsible for any and all interior/exterior damages to Luxe Limousine Vehicles/equipment. (Our vehicles are Inspected prior to charters and after charters to inspect for previous / new damages or missing items)

All vehicles are non-smoking. Any smoking in the vehicle will result in a minimum cleaning/odor removal fee of $300 to the credit card on file, and services terminated without refund immediately.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE ALCOHOL IN OUR VEHICLES. Indiana law prohibits minors to consume alcohol therefore, client agrees that any persons under 21 years of age are not to consume any alcohol while using Luxe Limousine Services, whether consumption is inside or outside the vehicle. Proper identification is required for all passengers.

Luxe Limousine Service is not responsible for items left in the vehicle, also not responsible for lost or stolen items at any time during or after the charter. Please be sure to inspect the vehicle carefully before you exit to ensure you have all of your belongings. We will make any effort to locate your reported lost items or inform you if we come across an item that was left behind.

No illegal drugs are allowed, if such substance is found during or after the provided service, Client is willing to relieve Luxe Limousine Services, the chauffeur and its owner of all responsibility. Client will not allow Luxe Limousine Services or its owners to be liable for any unlawful act the party might engage in. Client is responsible for not allowing anyone within the rental party, associates, or self to carry or use illegal substances while obtaining service from Luxe Limousine Service.

Confetti, glitter, or other similar items that cause unnecessary mess will be charged $75. As a result of an individual getting sick, excessive spillage, or excessive uncleanliness a minimum fee of $350 per incident will be charged to the credit card on file.

Chauffeur has the right to terminate service without refund if the driver and/or vehicle are subjected to dangerous or unsafe conditions caused by client, its agents, employees, or guests, or if the driver feels conduct of client or associating parties is unsuitable. At the driver’s sole discretion, passenger(s) may be removed from the vehicle or reservation if any need be with NO REFUND of full Itinerary/charter.

The company, or its designated representative, is hereby appointed customer’s attorney-in-fact to sign customer’s signature for additional charges to customer’s credit card for damages, overtime, &/or any changes due & not immediately paid by the customer & is empowered & authorized to charge all costs resulting from damages to said credit card. Except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence of the company, its agents or employees, customer hereby waives any and all claims against company, its agents or employees for injury, loss, or damage, including consequential damages to customer’s person or property from whatever cause. In addition, customer waives any right of subrogation with regard to the same.
The company, its agents or employees shall not be liable for any personal property of the customer or customer’s guests, which are misplaced, damaged or left in the vehicle. Company reserves the right to institute and establish rules and regulations of guest conduct, which may be amended from time to time, including termination of rental, without refund, due to non compliant guest conduct.
In the event of a vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to supply a replacement vehicle. If a replacement vehicle is sent &/or customer refuses a replacement vehicle, no refund is due. If no replacement vehicle is available, refund may be limited to a pro rated amount paid by client for that particular vehicle with no further liability to us.
The company is not responsible to fulfill itineraries developed by the customer, which indicates a time that the customer expects to arrive at certain locations after the initial pick up time. You agree to compensate Luxe Limousine Service Inc. as outlined in this contract. You also agree to pay all charges, fees, surcharges, overtime fees and damages.
In the event that you refuse to pay your obligations resulting in Luxe Limousine Service Inc. needing to employ a collection company or an attorney, you agree to fully reimburse Luxe Limousine Service Inc. all attorney fees, court costs, collection fees and any out of pocket expenses that we may incur. A 2% monthly charge will be added to all unpaid balances.
By signing this document, you agree to compensate Luxe Limousine Service Inc as outlined in this contract. You also agree to pay all charges, fees, surcharges, overtime fees and damages.
